One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are charged once and do not renew automatically.

Subscriptions

When you select a subscription, you agree to recurring orders and automatic charges to your selected payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel future subscription renewals at any time using the subscription-management link in your subscription emails. For help, email sean@drinkno86.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Cancel before your next renewal payment is processed to prevent that charge. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged or shipped.

Orders Already Processed

If an order has already been charged, contact us as soon as possible. We will review whether it can still be canceled before fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal flavor preferences or a change of mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are handled under our Refund Policy. Any guarantee offered when you placed your order will be honored under its original terms.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
